Youth Ministries

Mission Statement

First Church Youth are servants of Christ, witnessing to His people through our words and actions as we grow in discipleship.

The youth ministry at FUMC is open to all youth ages 6th graders-12th graders.

Youth Gathering

Sunday Evening youth is every Sunday from 4:00-5:30; open to all youth ages 6th-12th grade.

Tenantive schedule on Sunday’s, we start with a snack together, break into junior and senior groups and then do some discusion and relevant message for the age groups, do some interactive activities relevant to the message and discusion. We give the youth a safe and comfortable place and space to share their thoughts and questions pertaining to the scripture and God’s word.

If you would like to know ahead of time what the message will be for the evening please do not hesitate to contact me or check out the weekly bulletin. I will always put a blurb in for a heads up for the youth.
